Refund Policy

1. Subscription charges

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

2. Standard refund rule

Payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not offer prorated refunds for partial use of a billing period. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the already paid period.

3. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law. If mandatory law grants a refund right, that law prevails.

4. EU digital services note

If you are an EU consumer, withdrawal rights may apply in certain cases. Where digital service delivery starts immediately at your request, withdrawal rights can be reduced or lost where the law allows and required acknowledgments are provided.

5. Goodwill exceptions

In limited situations, we may grant a goodwill refund at our discretion. Any exception does not waive this policy for future billing cycles.
