1. Who we are
Mockstage is operated by Mockstage, based in France ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of our site, editor, showcases, and related services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Unless required by applicable law, payments are not refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in an active billing period. If we approve an exception in writing, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious code, abuse infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
6. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We do not provide a guaranteed uptime SLA unless explicitly agreed in writing for a custom enterprise arrangement.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
